- Extracts for authorities as PDF/A with checksums
How LegCom works
From legal basis to documented evidence
LegCom links legal sources, inspection obligations, work equipment and evidence. You can see what is due, who is responsible and what has already been documented.
Legal register
Keep legal sources in one place
Record acts, regulations, standards and internal rules with version, validity and status. Link sources to the inspection obligations that follow from them.
Obligations
See what is due and what is overdue
Obligations are tied to installations, devices or organisational items, with an interval and a responsible person. Due status ranges from scheduled to overdue. When a date slips, a deputy or escalation steps in.
Inspection and evidence
Sign off the inspection, file the evidence
Store the inspection date, result, note and report directly on the task. A defect is carried forward as an open incident. For recurring inspections, LegCom creates the next date and a follow-up task.
Dashboard and reports
Key figures, authority extracts and audit log
The dashboard shows key figures, upcoming due dates and open tasks. For authorities, you create extracts as PDF/A for a set cut-off date, with manifest and checksums. The audit log records key actions.
Compliance that works in everyday operations
Who is responsible? What is due next? Is the inspection fully documented? LegCom answers these questions in one place.
Legal register
Record laws, regulations, standards and internal requirements centrally and link them to specific obligations.
Inspection obligations and work equipment
Manage installations, vehicles, equipment and buildings with interval, responsible persons and next due date.
Tasks and reminders
Tasks are created from active obligations. E-mails send reminders of due dates and escalate when overdue.
Digital inspection sign-off
Open the task from the e-mail, document the result and report, and confirm it bindingly.
Defects and incidents
A defect that is found automatically becomes an open incident, linked to the task, obligation and inspection object.
Reports and extracts for authorities
CSV exports, PDF status reports and reference-date extracts as PDF/A with SHA-256 checksums.
No more scattered lists and unclear responsibilities
Compliance rarely fails because requirements are missing. Risks arise where deadlines, responsibilities and records are spread across many files. LegCom brings these processes together on one shared working basis.
- Spot upcoming due dates early in the dashboard
- Assign responsibility with deputies and escalation
- Store records directly with the task
- Import existing Excel and Gutwin inspection plans with a preview

Frequently asked questions about LegCom
View all questions Opens the page with all answers to frequently asked questionsDoes LegCom send e-mail reminders about due dates?
Yes. When configured accordingly, LegCom notifies you of new assignments, upcoming or overdue tasks, escalations and completed inspections.
What happens if a defect is found during an inspection?
When the inspection is formally completed, LegCom automatically creates an open incident and links it to the task, obligation and inspection object.
Does LegCom create recurring tasks automatically?
Yes, if an active obligation is fully configured: with a responsible person, a valid next date and a supported interval. Once a task is completed, LegCom schedules the follow-up task.
Does LegCom replace legal advice?
No. LegCom supports the organisation, execution and documentation of compliance and inspection processes. The technical and legal assessment remains the task of the responsible persons.
Can I transfer existing inspection plans to LegCom?
Yes. LegCom imports inspection plans from Gutwin and Excel. A preview shows in advance what will be created, without changing any data.
Follow-up imports update existing records. Stable import identifiers prevent duplicates.
Which records does LegCom create?
Reporting-date extracts for authorities as PDF/A with manifest and checksums. In addition, status reports and CSV exports.
