How Labinoxa works

From sample to report

Labinoxa brings samples, measurements, limit values, approvals and reports together in one workflow. Everyone involved works with the same data.

  1. Sample receipt

Record samples in a structured way

You create each sample with its sample number, company and material. The sample starts as a draft. Master data for companies, materials and parameters is kept in one place.

  2. Measurements

    Keep limit values in view

Enter measurements manually, from sample series or by CSV or Excel import. Labinoxa checks them against limit rules by parameter, company, material and period and flags any exceedances.

  3. Approval

    Review, correct, approve

Samples move through the statuses Draft, In progress, In review and Approved. If needed, a record goes back for correction. The user and time of every step are recorded.

  4. Report

    Reports from your existing data

Your templates turn the recorded data into PDF reports. Monthly reports summarise the period. Locked records are protected against changes to their measurements.

Laboratory processes that work traceably

Sample receipt, measured value entry, limit value checks, approval and reporting in one continuous process.

  • One process instead of isolated tools

From sample to PDF report, everyone involved works with the same data.

  • Limit values in context

Rules by parameter, company or partner, material and validity period. Measured values are flagged automatically.

  • Clear approvals

Submit, correct, approve, lock and unlock, with user and time stamp.

  • Flexible data entry

Manually, from sample series or via CSV and Excel import, matched by sample number and parameter code.

  • Reports from existing data

Templates with placeholders, PDF header and footer, single, output and monthly reports.

  • Traceable changes

The audit log documents relevant changes, imports and workflow actions.

Move beyond spreadsheets to a clear laboratory process

Fewer scattered lists, a clearer overview and a reliable history for the laboratory, quality assurance and administration. Labinoxa can be adapted to data fields, import formats and report layouts.

  • Environmental and wastewater laboratories
  • Recycling and waste management companies
  • Production-related quality laboratories
  • Businesses with recurring sample series
