Principles

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, when you send an enquiry or when you have given your consent. Analytics and marketing services load only after you have given your consent via the noolo banner. You can change your selection at any time: Open cookie settings Opens Open cookie settings.

Hosting and server logs

The website is provided by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The pages are transmitted to you via Vercel's global delivery network. Server-side functions, such as the processing of the contact form, run in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main.

When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, time of access, page accessed, browser and operating system, referring page. This processing serves delivery, security and the defence against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The hosting provider processes this data as a processor. The basis is Vercel's Data Processing Addendum (Art. 28 GDPR). As Vercel is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), which form part of this agreement.

Storage period: Vercel stores the logs of server-side functions, such as the contact form, for one day. We do not keep our own logs containing the content of enquiries.

Consent banner (noolo)

This website uses noolo, the consent management solution of MILEZO GmbH, Gahbergstrasse 4, 4852 Weyregg am Attersee, Austria. On your first visit, the banner asks which categories of services may load: Necessary, Functional, Statistics and Marketing. Until you decide, noolo blocks all services except the necessary ones.

The noolo script and the banner settings are loaded from the server app.noolo.at operated by MILEZO GmbH. The server is hosted by IONOS SE in a data centre in Germany. In the process, your IP address is processed as technically necessary so that the files can be delivered.

When you make a selection, a record is stored via noolo (Art. 7(1) GDPR). It contains: a random visitor ID of your browser, the selected categories and services, the banner version, the language, the device type and the time. The IP address is not part of the record, and no fingerprint is created. When the banner is displayed for the first time, noolo also counts one impression with language, banner version and device type, without a visitor ID. The legal basis is our legal obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in a functioning banner (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain records for as long as the consent is valid and for as long as we must be able to demonstrate it to authorities or in legal disputes.

MILEZO GmbH processes this data on our behalf as a processor. The basis is a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

noolo creates the following entries in your browser. All of them are technically necessary and are read only on wisehub.cloud:

  • noolo_consent (cookie): your selection: categories, services, banner version, record identifier and time. Lifetime: 180 days.

  • noolo_visitor_id (local storage): random visitor ID that links your records. Without IP address, without fingerprint. Lifetime: until you delete your browser data.

  • noolo_ab_[website ID] (local storage): list of blocked services for the autoblocker, contains no data about you. Lifetime: until you delete your browser data.

  • noolo_ab_einmal_[website ID], noolo_ab_einmal_dienste_[website ID] (session storage): content you have allowed only once. Lifetime: until you close the tab.

  • noolo_ab_neuladen (session storage): prevents repeated reloading after content has been allowed. Lifetime: until you close the tab.

The following overview comes directly from noolo and lists all services detected on this website, with provider, purpose and category:

noolo loads the overview of cookies and services once the cookie consent is active.

Google Tag Manager

If you allow the Statistics or Marketing category in the banner, we load Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Tag Manager is a tool we use to control other services such as Google Analytics. It does not set any cookies itself, but transmits your IP address to Google when it loads. Before you give your consent, noolo blocks every connection to googletagmanager.com. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021)).

Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics records which pages you visit, for how long, and from which device and browser, and uses this to generate pseudonymous usage statistics. In addition, we measure clicks on buttons and links with their title and description, as well as the submission of the contact form with the selected product, in each case without form content. Google does not store the IP address. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

noolo reports your selection to Google via Google Consent Mode:

  • Statistics allowed: Google Analytics loads, sets cookies and recognises you as a returning visitor. Advertising features remain off as long as you do not allow Marketing.

  • Only Marketing allowed: Google Analytics loads, but sets no analytics cookies and only sends measurement data without recognition.

  • Nothing allowed: Google Analytics does not load.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). You can withdraw it at any time: Open cookie settings Opens Open cookie settings.

Cookies set, only with consent to Statistics: _ga and _ga_<measurement ID identifier>, each for 2 years (Google default).

Retention in Google Analytics: event and user data 2 months (Google default setting). After that, Google automatically deletes the individual data, and only aggregated reports remain.

Contact form

You can reach our contact form from every page of this website. If you open the form from a product page, the product concerned is already selected. For a general enquiry, no product is preselected. We process the information you enter in the form: topic, name, e-mail address and message (mandatory), company and phone number (optional) and your consent to the processing. We also transmit the address of the page from which you sent the enquiry.

The enquiry is processed via a server-side function at our hosting provider Vercel (data centre in Frankfurt am Main) and transmitted to us by e-mail via our own mail server mail.wisehub.cloud. No external e-mail delivery service is involved. The mail server is operated by internex GmbH, Lagerstraße 15, 3950 Gmünd, Austria, in a data centre in Austria. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.
