wisehub.cloud is the software umbrella brand of wisehub KG. Here you will find solutions that help companies keep their inspection, safety and compliance obligations under control, on site and online.

wisehub is a hub for SaaS applications and online solutions such as Security Cloud. You can reach all solutions through a shared wisehub account.

There are nine solutions. Eight support obligations and processes on site, one protects your website.

Yes. When configured accordingly, LegCom notifies you of new assignments, upcoming or overdue tasks, escalations and completed inspections.

When the inspection is formally completed, LegCom automatically creates an open incident and links it to the task, obligation and inspection object.

Yes, if an active obligation is fully configured: with a responsible person, a valid next date and a supported interval. Once a task is completed, LegCom schedules the follow-up task.

No. LegCom supports the organisation, execution and documentation of compliance and inspection processes. The technical and legal assessment remains the task of the responsible persons.

Yes. LegCom imports inspection plans from Gutwin and Excel. A preview shows in advance what will be created, without changing any data.

Follow-up imports update existing records. Stable import identifiers prevent duplicates.

Reporting-date extracts for authorities as PDF/A with manifest and checksums. In addition, status reports and CSV exports.

Yes. A HelpBot answers questions based on the stored portal documentation, taking into account the current page and the user role.

Communication, safety reports and audits, safety briefings and training, improvement suggestions (CIP), planning and production, as well as contractors and key figures. Which areas are visible depends on configuration and role.

Yes. Employees find open safety briefings, deadlines and their own tasks collected in one place, on mobile devices as well.

You define this through departments and roles. Menu items and functions depend on role, department and responsibility.

Camera, printer and supported card readers can be integrated into the process. The Mifare card is optional. Without a camera, there is a process with a placeholder image.

At the next login, FaPortal automatically requests a repeat of the safety briefing. You define how long a safety briefing remains valid by setting an interval.

In six languages: German, English, Bosnian, Hungarian, Polish and Turkish. The knowledge test also runs in the selected language.

Monthly and period reports summarise inspections, inspection rounds, defects, events, hot work, control log entries and documents. They can be printed or saved as PDF.

BraBu automatically transfers deviations from inspection rounds and external inspections to the central defect list. There they are assigned and documented until they are resolved.

As a permit with protective measures, extinguishing agents, signatures and defined follow-up checks. You see ongoing hot work and open follow-up checks in the central task overview.

QR codes, incoming analysis, transport document, print centre and Excel export. Filterable lists and histories make research, records and coordination easier.

For companies that need to document material, disposal or delivery processes involving several parties. Especially where dispatch, warehouse, quality assurance and management need the same up-to-date information.

Yes. Each item can be approved individually or rejected with a reason. If needed, dispatch proposes a different date, and the customer is informed by e-mail.

Dispatch creates a single-use registration link, either general or tied to an e-mail address. After registration and e-mail confirmation, the company account is ready to use.

No. eDiary is suitable wherever shift knowledge, process events and handovers need to be documented in a structured way. The configuration is adapted to the plant and site.

Closing can be tied to a dedicated supervisor role. This keeps data entry separate from the binding review and completion.

Yes. eDiary draws relevant data from existing sources in a targeted way. Which interfaces make sense is clarified in the project, based on your system landscape.

Yes. Process areas, fields, roles, shift models, reports and interfaces are implemented to match your actual operations.

eDiary is a browser-based application for digital shift handovers, production events, parameter changes, operating modes and reports.

No. Labinoxa provides the technical basis for structured processes. Standards, validation requirements and regulatory formats are reviewed and implemented by specialists in each project.

Yes. Records can be submitted, returned for correction, approved, locked and reopened. Users and timestamps are documented.

Yes. Report templates can be maintained with HTML, dynamic placeholders and a PDF header and footer. Project-specific layouts can be added.

Labinoxa supports CSV, XLSX and XLS imports. Whether existing files can be transferred is checked based on their structure.

A laboratory information management system (LIMS) organises laboratory information and processes centrally: samples, measured values, master data, approvals and reports.

Security Cloud comes in three protection tiers. All prices in euros net plus VAT; pay yearly and save one monthly instalment.

• Basic (€25 per month): 1 protected system, 5,000 events in 30 days, cloud status and basic server posture, event synchronisation, vulnerability intelligence, HTTP monitoring.

• Pro (€50 per month): everything in Basic, 5 protected systems, 25,000 events in 30 days, full Ubuntu server monitoring, remote jobs, incident management, monthly reports.

• Business (€99 per month): everything in Pro, 20 protected systems, 100,000 events in 30 days, managed backups and restore, extended retention, prioritised alerts, server compliance and response, server backup and restore.
